more anthropomorphism, or maybe the opposite?
As much as I don’t tend to think of animals in human emotional terms, I find it quite easy to imagine people as particular animals. I do think these photos represent how I feel this morning. Kind of shaggy and a litte tired.
(for the record) pics were taken of an Amboseli un-collared male, while I was with my some colleagues from Leiden University

Seamus, you are always shaggy! Nice photos.
You know this is a definite desktop for a while — the one at the end is my favorite — thanks so much for a desktop photo - I love it!
Wanda, just makes me want to walk right up to him and give him a big hug…no not you Seamus, I’m talking about this handsome lion! BTW Seamus, I’d feel a little shaggy, after five hours driving on dusty roads, dodging, god knows what!
Beautiful pictures Seamus!

I know Seamus well, and he deserves your hug.
Oom Skalk L. I am never quite sure whether you are my wingman, or whether you are “running interference”. So nice of you to show that you are reading nonetheless… here I was thinking you were just another dinosaur who thought internet micro-donation fundraising is worthless. But your newfound enthusiasm has spurred me on!
